The Front Room
Having grown from a grass roots movement, the Trust holds community engagement as a defining characteristic and considers ongoing engagement as central to the buildings success. To this end, the Front Room will be used as a space for continuous engagement on the future of the centre.
The curved wall will serve as a live gallery for a dialogue between members, and regular forum events will be held to review this. The room will also be hired out for the use of various groups, such as seniors, for smaller gatherings and functions, and will form part of the “Bonnyrigg Bairns” parties. It will also be a break out room for the Soft Play Cafe for creative play when its not booked.
